These terms describe the public AussieClaw offers. A written proposal overrides this page where it states different project terms.
Public purchases use Stripe-hosted checkout. Do not send payment card details to AussieClaw by email or chat.
The pack is a digital product licensed to one purchaser for their own internal use. Redistribution, resale and publication of the pack are not included. The first ten orders are manually delivered within one business day to the email used at checkout.
The founding A$99 Audit covers one existing agent loop and includes a written correction sequence and 30-day measurement plan. Delivery is within two business days after a complete, redacted intake arrives. The audit fee is creditable toward a Setup Sprint booked within 30 days.
These services begin only after written scope, acceptance test, access boundary, price and timing are agreed. Ops Partner is offered only after a successful Audit or Setup Sprint.
You are responsible for lawful use, backups, approvals, access control and reviewing outputs before production use. Never provide credentials through chat, forms or ordinary email.
No revenue, uptime or performance result is guaranteed. Templates and recommendations require judgement and testing in your environment.
Nothing on this site excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. For missing, incorrect or defective delivery, contact [email protected] with the Stripe receipt identifier and no card details.
